====== Enclosure ====== The enclosure of the rig will be 3D printed with Dibond sheets (aluminium + PE core). here is the bottom frame during 3D printing : {{ :ubitx:img_20190912_160355.jpg?600 |}} I've used PLA because it's simple, cheap and quite resistant though. It will fit my needs very well. This part is finally quite huge to print. I've used a Tobeca 3D printer (my design in my company). The size of the print is 366x242mm, so you need a big printer to achieve it ! The print time is about 8h30, with a nozzle of 0.60mm and layer height of 0.30mm. The weight of this part is 520g, which is a bit heavy, but will be shockproof and durable I hope.
