A biocompatible filament extruder allows extrusion of certified biocompatible materials by a manufacturer without altering this characteristic during the melt and extrusion process.
In order to achieve this, it was necessary to design and develop our own extrusion line that allows to go from the spool to the nozzle through the drive pinion while ensuring the biocompatibility of all materials, in medical grade 316L stainless steel, with material certificates.
